03-04-12Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth presents FOCUS: Katie Paterson – ArtDaily.org – An article highlighting artist Katie Paterson.  She laser engraved a map of all the known dead stars on to anodized aluminum.  Very interesting.

03-06-12Laser engraving gallery – Cheadle’s Art & Sign – Great gallery of laser engraved pieces created by  Cheadle’s Art & Sign in Asheville, NC.  Check it out.

03-07-12 – Dr. Who Laser Etching – TeeToo – Interesting picture of a laser engraved gift bought for the writer’s husband from Etsy.  Looks great.  According to the Etsy page, the art is engraved metal on foam board, ready to be mounted.

03-10-12Laser Marking on Metal – LaserStar Technologies – a nice article on Fiber lasers with a very interesting video.  The video picks up just a little bit of the laser beam, creating a string-like appearance.
